Please post back a screenshot of your Disk Management drive map with listings: Type Disk Management in Start button Search box, maximize window, use Snipping Tool in Start Menu to capture the map and listings, attach file using paper clip in reply box.

Please tell us which partition has the working Win7, and where you would like to put XP.

after that i can not use win 7 in 'c drive' so i install win 7 again in 'd drive'
i access to win xp in 'c drive' again but it does not allow me to access so now i using win 7 in my 'd drive'

Are these separate HD's or partitions on the same HD?

Have you tried booting the Win7 DVD, choosing Custom Install, then use Drive Options to delete everything on C drive, create a new partition and format before install? Clean Install Windows 7

Do you still want to install XP if you can get WIn7 installed?

In the future, ask here for help to repair your WIn7 so you don't have to reinstall it, which should only be a last resort. We help fix Windows 7 here dozens of times a day.
