Trouble, W7 install stopping

    I had such issue too. Bumping a bit voltages on CPU, SB and NB helped on my rig. I donno why

    You have no such problems with an XP installation disk? What happens with one of those? Or some other bootable like FreeDOS or such?

    Whatever the problem is seems to be at a very basic level.

    Whoa, your right, disabling the legacy floppy setting in the bios fixed the problem.

    Hey there. Today I downloaded a new ISO and tried turning the legacy floppy setting off and it all worked. Typing this from a fully functional W7 build 7264.

    Thank you all for the help, guys. Very VERY appreciated.
