If the XP installer disk output is correct the data was deleted.

I gave you a method using Win7 DVD to browse to see if your data is there and copy it out: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console. You can also use Paragon Rescue CD freeware. Paragon Rescue Kit Free Edition - Product Tour

If data cannot be copied out and partitions cannot be recovered intact, then try running the data Recovery Wizard on PW CD, or Recuva data recovery freeware. Recuva - Features

But I've already started PW recovery wizard. Right now It is performing the Quick Scan.
Is that OK??

What did you find when you browsed the HD for your data using Win7 DVD or Paragon Rescue CD? This was the first step suggested. You may still have data on the HD which can be copied out now.

If the partitions are still intact as appears in XP installer output, then they may not need recovery - just the data if the XP reading is correct.

But I had already started with partition wizard, I did a quick scan and I found all my partitions and data back. I'm still trying to figure out how to finish this!

If you have recovered your partitions intact - what do you still need to do?

Tick ALL partitions you want to keep - click yes , then click Apply.

If windows isn't booting - run startup repair from the 7 dvd - may take 2 or 3 runs.
