where to put the unallocated space on hdd for xpress recovery 2

Hey everyone, I was just in disk management and realized i have 11GB of unallocated space, is there a way i could allocate or extend it on to my (C:) Drive? becuase i tried allocating it to a drive letter and C: Drive was unavailable, please reply if you know a solution. Thanks in advanced....
