windows 7 beta

remove all partitions from the disc with the os installer
if any Hdd's other than your target disc are connected REMOVE THJEM ALL...
nothing but the target disc and the dvd drive the installer is running from is
permitted to be attached to the system..which is why Microsoft needs to win the ASIP award
that's the award for Absolute Stupidity In Programming...The American ASIP awards..

Windows 10 home 64

Just wanted to say that removing all other hard drives works for the same error code in Windows 10 as well. If that is the case it probably works for 8 too, though I haven't tried it myself. Thanks for the help!

Mac OS X 10.11

My partner's dell adamo 13 crashed a few days ago and refuses to boot.
after failed attempts to back up data (I bought a usata-usb cable!), I'm giving up, and trying to wipe and reinstall 7.
I see the dreaded 0x80300024 error, and there are assuredly no other drives installed (just the usb dvd drive for the win install disc).

Any ideas?
