Unable to see unallocated space

Hello All,

I did a fresh windows 7 professional-32 bit installation. While doing installation through the media(DVD) I divided the whole HDD space into 2 partitions of 100GB and 150GB respectively. The 100GB partition showed up as primary partition and the 150GB space showed up as unallocated space. I installed the OS on the primary partition(100 GB). The installation went smoothly but after installation I could see only the primary partition! Is there any way I can retrieve the unallocated space? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Collegian, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Yes, you would just need to create a New Simple Volume with the unallocated space using Disk Manager in Windows 7 to do so.

Partition or Volume - Create New

Hope this helps,
Shawn
