Ok now put CD/DVD at the top of the boot order list.

Put a bootable CD/DVD into the optical reader.

Shutdown power with the CD/dvd still in the reader.

Turn on the power.

Does your computer boot into the cd/dvd?

1) Remove the Hd, reboot, will the CD/DVD boot now?

2) Do you use the Notebook on your lap?

What noise exactly? You have not replied to the questions asked which can help us to help you.

Where does the noise come from on the laptop? What is the exact sound - describe it? How long does it last Does anything else happen that you can observe at the time?

What are you seeing on the screen at all times?

Might wanna check out this video YouTube - ‪Laptop Crashed‬‏

The CD/ROM runs and then stops. Doesn't recognizes the disc that I had put in it. Fan is working. I don't hear anything else.

The video makes it appear the long continuous beep begins on its own just after you start laptop. Is this correct, or are you tapping keys to cause the sound?

If it beeps on its own with one long beep then it is likely caused by the memory either failing or needing to be reseated. Try reseating it first, then change around the RAM sticks, then run sticks individually.

If this fails, replace the RAM unless you can get RAM test to boot to tell you which stick is faulty: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Follow this video tutorial, making sure you touch metal to ground yourself before touching any electronics parts - one static shock could ruin the RAM stick:
