You have not booted the installer yet. Put the disk in the drive, reboot and enter BIOS setup to set the DVD drive to boot first, then HD, save changes and exit, reboot and Press any key when prompted. How to Boot your Computer from a Bootable CD or DVD
Then when the DVD boots to the first screen, press Shift + F10 to access the Command Prompt to run the commands given.
I don't see the HD option. This is the problem. When I install the disc, it give me to the "grey screen." Then it said AI recovery: are you ready to restore this image?" I tried Shift + f10, it doesn't let me do anything. And if I click "ok" on the box. It reboots and after I installed 4 cds, and it restarts, it goes back to "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key."
I tried it again. It give me the same result. "Windows is loading files" after I press Shift + f10. The grey background screen. The box saying "AI recovery: are you ready to restore this image?" Clicked OK. Restored 4 disc in one hour. Reboot, and it give the same "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key."

It appears you are using Factory Recovery disks and not the Win7 Installation DVD. You will need it to wipe the HD to see if Recovery Disks will run correctly , or to use to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
But first let's backup and answer a few questions:
You haven't said why you are trying to run Recovery to factory condition. Have you made an effort first to Repair Win7 using System Recovery Options to run Startup Repair or System Restore? Or is it too late now that a Failed Recovery has overwritten your old WIn7 install? Please bring us up to date on this.
Did you try running Factory REcovery from it's partition by tapping the F4 key at boot as shown in How To Use Samsung Recovery Solution 4 my samsung?
If none of these worked and you tried running the Recovery Disks and they fail then your options are to wipe the HD to see if it will force Recovery Disks to run, and if not to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
You are apparently trying to wipe the HD using the Recovery Disks which cannot be done. You must boot the Win7 Installation DVD or System Repair Disk to access the Command Prompt either by pressing Shift + F10 at first screen or choosing the System Recovery Options on either of those disks only.
If you need to burn an installer to DVD it is available in Step 1 with the tool to burn it in Step 2 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Once you access the Command Box and run the commands given then see if the Recovery DIsks will complete, and if not do the Clean Reinstall from the DVD you burn.
All I did was use the Recovery disk (4 of them) which I was told to made when I first purchase the laptop. That's the only pair of Window disk I have for this laptop. I'm using Window 7 premium
do I need to buy the new window 7 disc (120 for this)? Will that solve the problem?
I didn't know it was going to be this much trouble. It seems so much easier installing it on a MacBook Pro. It's just frustrating of how much trouble this process cause.
So I can't get window 7 with my recovery disc?
I'm downloading the Factory form (15 hours) and I really don't understand the process afterward. omg. this is frustrating. I spent so much on that SSD too.
so i need the system repair disc or download the Factory OEM Windows 7? or what should I do first, second. omg. I'm using my sis' computer. Do I need to take out the SSD from mine and put the HDD again to do that process?
This is the first time you told us you had bought an SSD and are trying to reinstall WIN7 using the Recovery Disks - did you think we were supposed to know that?
In that case it's likely you don't need to wipe the HD, but may have a problem with a setting in the EFI BIOS you said you have. If Win7 came on your laptop installed in EFI mode then it may need to be enabled in BIOS to run Recovery. You'll have to contact Samsung Tech Support to ask how this is done using Recovery Disks. Did you change an EFI setting in BIOS? I'd change it back to see if the disks will run.
However we don't recommend running the bloated factory install especially on an SSD which should have the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
If you CLean Reinstall I would enter BIOS setup to assure that the EFI Boot disk is removed from BIOS Boot order, then look for a Legacy BIOS setting to enable (if any). Then boot the WIN7 installer provided in tutorial and follow the steps closely, asking back any questions.
You do not have to buy Win7 again to Clean Reinstall but can use the Product Key on the COA sticker on the bottom of the laptop. All of this is explained in the tutorial if you would calm down and read it. We have helped with countless thousands of successful installs here and have never had a failure when there is full, calm cooperation.
Make sure the HD is formatted MBR by checking in Disk Mgmt to see what it's setting is using this method: Convert GPT Disk to MBR Disk
Sorry, I'm not blaming it on you. But just so much to do in this. And I'm installing it right now. The EFI mode was disable when I enter BIOS.
Would it be easier to buy the Window 7 Premium CD? Can I just go straight into without a problem?
