    HERE's a link to Intel's 'Driver Detection Utility'

    See if that helps :)
       Note
    It will state that your Operating System is not supported but should still return a driver if it finds 1

    Try to get a shot of what it says. That message you quoted is standard at the minute

    Are you absolutely sure there is no Make/Model on the case?

    Sorry to ask this again but every manufacturer has a sticker with the details. As Dinesh said, if it's Dell then look for 'Inspiron' or 'Latitude' or E500 or similar.
