    Windows won't boot

I replaced my AMD Athlon 64 2800+ with brand new AMD Athlon 64 3200+. Now my computer won't do anything!

Windows 7 normal startup = restar even before the logo appears
Safe mode = restart after few dll's loaded
windows 7 recovery (repair) = stuck on APPEARING progress bar (faded)
windows 7 recovery image = the same
windows XP install - Stuck at "Please wait" while loading hard drives
Windows XP Live CD = blue screen of death

The new proccesor is recognized in BIOS. What should I try next?

After hours of investigating (like 5 or so) I finally managed to update my BIOS which was the solution for my problem. Thanks anyway.
