bring windows 7 to New harddrive

Hey, I have a computer with windows 7 genuine that I am replacing soon and I dont want to buy another copy of windows 7 (i am buying a new hard drive) I still have the windows 7 disc, but wont I have to buy another activation key? I dont care much about backing up old file, all i have really is games. I just dont want to have to buy a new copy and I want the genuine edition. Is there a way around this? like isn't there a way to get your activation key from the current computer and use it on another computer?

Your activation key is on the COA. you can reuse, if you delete the old install.
