Contact Acer, but they will charge for the recovery disk. The other option is get a windows 7 disk and use your key to register after install. Make sure you get the right disk i.e ultimate, pro, premium and make sure its 64bit or 32bit etc
Depending on what came with the Laptop.

    Hope this helps!!

    Hello Wicken,

If you have a retail upgrade copy of Windows 7, then you do not need the Vista (Acer) factory recovery disc to be able to install Windows 7. You could use the tutorial below to do a clean install with a upgrade copy of Windows 7.

    Hope this helps,

    Which ones are you missing?

From the Acer site below after you select Windows 7, you could also go to the vendors webpage for a device to download the latest Windows 7 driver from them as well.

If you order a replacement Vista 32bit CD from Acer, you'll most likely have to pay full price for it. It's not needed to install a "retail" copy of a upgrade Windows 7 though.

As for your missing drivers, you have not answered back with which ones you are missing. If you are not sure, then look in Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) to see if you have a device with a exclamation mark on it.

Contacted Acer a few minutes ago, damn very bad costumer support. Anyway they given me a number of a portuguese store near me to solve this issue.
Basically i am missing the acer products, i don't need all of them but acer erecovery management, acer epower management and others(these i need) and no i don't have any exclamation mark on the devices.

Those programs/products are just something that Acer puts in their computers, erecovery, epower are not needed they are already built into Windows 7.

Edit: here is a link to them it does not list your laptop but the versions of that software is the same for other Acer computers.
