Too much, I can not write in English, I'm Polish.
My laptop HP 625 and I do not have the Recovery Manager to record a copy of Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit on DVD.

The instructions I have but she is Polish, and I have a program in Polish, is not in English and some other.
I do not have 16GB USB pedrive.
Just see the third link.
He also wrote to the Polish forums, but also do not see how.

Search for the Recovery Manager in Polish here: HP - Polska | komputery, laptopy, serwery, drukarki, rozwi

Or on Support look up your exact model, then look for the link to Recovery and Backup Manager.
