Maybe in BCD you set the wrong drive letter for the VHD file.

How is Windows 7 going to mount the file if Windows 7 isn't on the computer you're trying to boot with the USB device?

The problem WAS that bootmgr file was really absent... i've deleted it accidentally

But I'm retrying another time this expriment and I'll keep you updated on developing of this 'hack'.

The tutorial is not working right now.

This entry is A LOT different from what's created from tutorial like that you linked before. All of this tutorial has not a screeenshot to ensure us that system it's working.

But I have one, from my pc, from yesterday: http://img17.imageshack.us/img17/212...funzionant.jpg

I realize the tutorial is for something a little different. But I thought it still had some valid examples of the BCD store data that could help you. Because something was obviously wrong with the way you were doing it previously.
