    problems with Windows install

Hi! First of all i need to tell that im not really good in english.

Well, the point is that my computer showed me blue screen with many numbers and words what was surely error. Computer restarts..then it was booting up and all was OK until i left my computer beacuse i was going outside and when i came back then Windows startup fix was running..i was like what the..Ok, it was running and trying to solve the problem but not successful..After couple times seeing that dumm thing i choosed advange options..first of all i used system restore..FAIL, system image..FAIL, memory problems..FAIL and i noticed Acer eRecovery ... that one what promissed me to take things to factory settings..well..after 1hour it FAILED! cuz "Setup is starting services" and then i got a message: Windows could not complete....and all that to an end you know.. after restart same thing..force shutdown gives me: insert win disc and upgrade and belove that start normally, in safe mode etc..no other changes..and i cant restart that installation..also that holding alt and tapping f10 wasnt helpful.. What the hell im going to do? I have no cash to travel to our capital city but i have warranty or what was that..i bought laptop 9 days ago and the error came 2 days ago.. I heard something about sandy bridge problems.. i remember that to i updated my Win7 before that but i dont belive problem was that.. If its better to keep "low" profile and do not upgrade win7 home 64 bit again or i should do that? Old files will stay on the HDD...Please help!

I would Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

Hello OltsPoiss, welcome to Seven Forums!

If the PC is new (9 days old?) you need to return it to the store you purchased it from.

Do not make any changes to the Lappy as that may void (make worthless) the warranty.

That should be OK but don't try to install anything before the store has a look.
