Can you boot the computer at all? If not run Startup Repair repeatedly, then System Restore from System Recovery Options

Monitor the logs and system resources for clues, run the hardware tests again to be certain: troubleshooting steps

In addition since drivers are under suspicion run the Driver Verifier to identify issues with Windows drivers for advanced users if you feel confident enough to do this.

If this doesn't help I would clean reinstall again following these steps to get a Perfect Reinstall but do not reinstall any drivers that are provided by the installer and optional Windows Updates, only ones missing afterwards in Device Manager.

You can also roll back to the earliest System Restore point to see if you can get before the problem began, likely with a driver install which should set Restore Points. System Restore
