Unable to boot W7, Bootmanager is missing or corrupt. Error0x15

Hello. I am happy owner of Windows 7 32bit. About 1 week ago, something gone wrong (no idea what happened), and Windows was unbootable. I somehow managed to have fun with CHKSDK and sfc /scannow commands in command prompt and it somehow worked so I was able to format my Drive with hope it will help. I just updated windows, downloaded drivers, and shutted down PC. Today, It doesn't work again. In Startup Repair (opened by windows CD) -> It just showed me this:
    _____
    Root Cause found:
Boot manager is missing or corrupt.
    Repair action: File repair
Result: failed, error code = 0x15
    time taken =0ms
    _____
I tried to reinstall Windows again, but it stucks in random % in expanding files (4-70%) saying somethins is corrupt and won't work. blah blah. Important fact is, I didn't formatted actual version of windows, because i have some important data on it. commands like bootrec /fixboot and bootrec.exe did not helped. Anyone have any ideas how to fix boot manager?

If you reinstalled Win7 then you overwrote your files if they were on the same partition.

If so, follow the steps in the Perfect Reinstall link in my signature box below to try correctly reinstalling.

If not we can help you try to repair Win7 correctly or copy out your files at the minimum to reinstall.
