Unable to activate "anytime upgrade" - Error Code 0XC004E003
All,
First, I will say that I have searched and tried many options to no avail. Here is the history: I bought my laptop with Windows Vista just over 2 years ago (HP G60) with the option to upgrade to Win7 Home. I did a clean install of Win 7 after receiving the disks and replacing the hard drive (it went bad 1 year + 3 days after purchase). I have a dual boot system with XP and 7 Home. It has been working great and nearly flawlessly since that activation.
Last week I had an opportunity to utilize the anytime upgrade to 7 Pro, so I entered the key and it upgraded to Pro with no problems. I didn't realize it needed to reactivate until this morning when I got to work and a screen popped up stating that the Win7 Pro product key you typed is invalid for activation, error code0XC004E003. I have attempted "slui.exe 4" and I only have 3 options, none of which include the telephone option.
I have been to the windows website and been able to get updates, and have run the mgadiag.exe program (results below). The windows website also states that I have a genuine product per the online tests, so I am at a loss.

Any help that can be provided that would get me to a successful activation would be helpful. I would prefer to utilize the xp mode of Pro instead of the dual boot.
Thanks in advance. If I missed a thread when I was searching that would answer this question, I would be appreciative of a link.
Bill
EDIT - Mods, if this is in the wrong thread area, I apologize, please move as required.
