Upgrading to vista home premium sp2 and still problems.

I do not get it My system is ready for the upgrade I even used the upgrade advisor thing Microsoft provides. I have a 60gb partition ready. Norton is updated and disabled. The Download from Microsoft went supposedly perfect as the integrity was checked and it was fairly quick. Then Burning with Power2go at 2.4x speed went successfully. So now when I go to install It gets to about 10% then goes ERROR some files are missing or corrupt etc.

    Error Code 0x8007017

I do not see why I am getting this. The only thing it could be is the download and burning process. I have already went through 4 discs I only have 2 left =(

I really would like to try out windows 7 because i hate vista 3 weeks ago Vista screwed up my audio after an update which enables the noaudio ouput device found problem.

I have an hp dv2700 CTO entertainment notebook pc. (special edition)
    4gb ram
    amd turion X64 X2

"Burning with Power2go at 2.4x speed went successfully" that sounds like you are using a ram disk, it's the only one I know that uses that speed, could be the problem.
If that is the case try a normal dvd, ram disk are not normally finalised.
