What would be the point of running both? That's just wasted space, if you ask me. Why not just pop in your key for Ultimate and do the Anytime Upgrade? Then, if it is a retail key, you could use your Home premium key on another computer?

You can use either the Full or Upgrade key in Anytime Upgrade. Just type "Anytime" in Start Search box, insert the key and it unlocks the extra features in minutes. One of the easiest things we help do here.
