Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit installation problems

    Hi all!
I have a processor that is capable of handling a 64 bit operating system. Right now I am currently running a 32 bit operating system. Is there any way I could install 64 bit Windows 7 Ultimate without erasing my entire operating system?

Unfortunately not. You are to perform a clean install .

Sure you can. Create another partition and install windows 64 bit on it.

Or better yet , just buy another hard drive, install it, and install windows 64 bit on that.

Better still, buy an SSD and install Windows to that for a real performance boost. :)
