    Problem after installing W7 RTM

    Hi,
Iīm new at this forum, and my English isnīt very good.
Well. I tried to install Windows 7 build 7600 x64, but I really have a problem.
In one partition I have Windows Vista x32 English, and in an other partition I tried to install Windows 7 7600 RTM x64 English.
The installation was perfect, but with one problem.
After installing, I didnīt type any Serial number.
Than, I put my name as administrator, but I didnīt use any password, because Iīm the only user of this Computer, and I like a quick login. But after all confirmed, opened a new window to put my login name and password. o, I put only me name because on installation I didnīt type any password. But I receive the message, that my login or password are incorrect.
I tried a new clean install, but this time using password. Now, my name is displayed on the login page, but typing my password it says that is is incorrect.
I ttried three other times to install W7 and used 3 diferent ISO, but nothing. It is still the same error.
    Can someone help me?
    thanks

Windows vista and windows 7 has a default user account named "Administrator". It is deactivated by default. As you have also given the user account name as "Administrator" computer is taking it as that default account . And as it is deactivated, you are getting that error.

    Saua.
Based on my best experience, Windows 7 will always prompt you to fill the serial number in order to continue the installation.
True, that if you fill the user account you will only be prompted by the display of user name you created. Try not to miss the password combination, incl. caps letters.

When I donīt type the username and password, Iīm using the quick login witout the display of the username.
But it shows the display without my name. So, I have to type my name and password. But I didnīt use any when I installed the OS.
So, I tried a fresh install and this time, I typed the username and password.
This time, the display appeared with my name, but the password is wrong. How can this happen?

Is it possible that I canīt use my Windows Vista x86 with the Windows 7 x64 ?
May be any conflict with diferent bits software?
    thanks

If you clean install them in different partitions then of course there is no conflict will happen as the BCD (boot menu) is prompted immediately while booting.
In my best guess probably you got an iso of 7600 that was not properly composed or modified. That was what happened to me when working with Win Server 2008 R2 x64.
Try to download another Win7 x64. I found that the right iso of Build 7600 x64 has very smooth installation and problem free process. Took me only approx 25 minutes to have it done in my PC.
