    why i cant format my windows?


    i want to format my laptop, but when it start to load file during formatting, there is an error, which say that my usb port problem and i cannot continued format. what should i do?

    virus. i use windows cd to format. start with setting cd player as boot device in booting setup and so on.

    I assume you want to install Windows 7 operating system. Please see this tutorial for clean installing the windows 7.

    Win7 is on a DVD, not a CD, so boot the DVD player to clean reinstall.
