It is the case that the new profile works except that a few things are not there like; firefox and her bookmarks and Outlook 2010, just to name two of those. So would I copy over the the 'old' profile to the new one?
Not that I'm going to do that, just as a question. I'll leave it up to the IT's.
Thanks

I would copy only the data she needs and no settings which can be corrupt.

Reinstall any programs that are not available to the new profile.

Once you're sure everything is there you can delete the old profile, placing its files on the desktop for awhile so you have access to them until you're sure you have everything.

I found that 1 of the ram's was corrupted, so I...

Random People Adding me on Steam?
Is anyone experiencing this? Random people adding me but they say same message to me like "Hello, I am looking for this item (They will post a fake link to think that this is a picture of the item they want). Wanna trade?" I just keep on blocking them and ignoring them but it's not worth it...

Multiple Printer Profiles; Deleting Unneeded Profiles
It has been my practice with prior versions of Windows OS's to set up multiple printer profiles, one for drafts, one for color, etc. "The Devices and Printers" section allows me to create such profiles, but does not show them individually. When I delete them in Windows, they are not deleted in...

Changing or adding covers for movies.
Well, Ive been ripping some of my DVds to my computer and am finding it annoying with some movies in WMC. Some, either appear as solid colors, while others show a bit of the startup. I would like to add a cover for those movies, or posters...how do I do that?
