Could I upgrade from Vista 32-bit to Windows 7 64-bit?

It is easy to use, you'll find it here: Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Windows Easy Transfer, or simply typing migwiz.exe into searchbox in Start Menu and hitting enter.
