Reinstalling Notebook - How to backup?

I want to do a reinstall because since i got a virus all games are laggy even though the virus is removed.
please dont recommend me better virus removal apps.

I need an application that can backup my itunes library, and itunes data so when i install itunes i can manually or with use of a app set back the files so itunes will regonise where i had the data before.

I also have a lot of games installed with savegames ect on a other partition. I want an app that can backup the games in the register of windows 7 so i can set those back so the games are still "installed" when i have performed the re-install.
    same with apps.

    Thanks!

Reimporting AppData settings or reg keys is a corruption path into a new install and not recommended. Your goal should be to get the reinstall as clean and perfect as possible so you can backup an image of finished setup and never have to reinstall again.

With Itunes, follow these steps: How to back up your media in iTunes

Follow these steps to get a perfect reinstall of Win7 based on thousands we have helped with here: Reinstalling Windows 7
