    Installation Issue

I know the answer is don't upgrade a Windows 7 install however I am putting Win 7 on my son's system. In the upgrade process it tells me to close "PC Cillin Network service" but I have never had PC Cillin on that system. Anyone have any ideas how I might fix this issue?

    Otherwise I will just reinstall.

Sounds like it's an OEM Vista and they put a version of PC Cillin on it as well. You know the answer; a fresh install

Your son must have downloaded and installed it himself.

PC Cillin didn't uploaded itself to it, that's for sure.

Can you give a bit more detail about that computer and what it's running currently? also is it running 32bit or 64bit OS.

What are you trying to install? build? 64 or 32bit?

Be as specific as you can.

Also, are you in a install loop now when you restart?
