Inspiron N7110 Windows 7 needs reset to factory setting.

Its a laptop. Bluescreen shows up for split second so I can't see the error code. I tried pressing Ctrl + F11 during boot but didn't work. Any another thing I can try before I throw it out? Don't say 'contact Dell'.

You could Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

Have you considered attempting to repair Win7? Steps here for when Win7 will not boot: https://www.sevenforums.com/1667540-post11.html

Otherwise if you can't get Dell Recovery partition to run by using the steps given in tutorial here, try marking Recov partition Active then reboot to see if it will run: Dell Restoring Your Computer´s Software to the Factory Settings
Partition - Mark as Active (Method Two)

If these fail your options are to boot the Dell REcovery disks which should have been made at setup, or order them from Dell, or find a Win7 installation DVD to clean reinstall using the Product Key on COA sticker: Reinstalling Windows 7

Not sure about Dell's but accessing the recovery partition on my previous laptop (Toshiba) I had to hold the appropriate key down for almost ... 90 second's I guess. I mean hold it down from the second I turned the computer on till the recovery screen came up! I will always remember that freaking "tone" I had to listen to for all that time too.:)
