BSOD After Upgrading From Vista to 7

Hi every one
I upgraded my last OS(Win Vista Ultimate) to Win 7 Ultimate.
the BOSD contains following information:
Code:

....
inspect.sys
DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS
...
...
.
.
.
Technical information:
***stop:0x000000CE(0x873AD79C,0x00000000,0x873AD79C,0x00000000)
inspect.sys
.
.
.
I start it up in safe mode, and every thing which is appears after pressing F8,but this problem still LIVES!!!
What can I must do?
