Leave System Reserved alone. It needs no attention except to avoid messing with it. I don't now how it ended up in the middle of the drive, but it must have been moved there.

It doesn't have a drive letter so nothing can write to it, which is why you can't see it in Explorer.

As long as the flags are set correctly you should have no problems with the disk configuration. I would ask for help here before making any changes as we can give you the steps to avoid problems.

If it comes to that we can help you remove it and move the System boot files into WIn7 partition, but 100mb is hardly worth recovering unless there is another good reason.

The System Reserved partition doesn't show in Computer because it doesn't have a drive letter.

There is nothing wrong with your Windows installation or you would have trouble booting into it.

As gregrocker points out, best just to leave things as they are.

No, only marking Win7 partition Active then running Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times.

But I wouldn't unless there's a good reason to do so as there might be some boot sector corruption resulting from Dual Boot that blocks repairs from working. It has about a 20% failure rate.

koolkat, it's not worth the effort if things go wrong with your system.

Just take greg's advice and leave well alone. More grief for the sake of 100MB drive space just isn't worth it.
