    Hello Papaflex,

I've found that using either option in the tutorial below works well for me. You might see how it works for you.

You need net frame 4 for that tool.

Save yourself a lot of hassle and get the free (unregistered) PowerIso - does a lot of other useful things, too.

Just click the download link on this page : PowerISO - Create, Burn, Mount, Edit, Compress, Encrypt, Split, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter, Virtual Drive, DAA File

    Start PowerISO

Insert the USB drive you intend to boot from.

Choose the menu "Tools > Create Bootable USB Drive". The "Create Bootable USB Drive" dialog will popup. If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system, you need confirm the UAC dialog to continue.

In "Create Bootable USB Drive" dialog, click "..." button and browse to the iso file of Windows 7.

Select the correct USB drive from the "Destination USB Drive" list if multiple USB drives are connected to the computer.

Choose the proper writing method. "USB-HDD" is recommended.

Click "Start" button to start creating windows 7 bootable USB drive.

Easiest I've found is this tool which runs without even installing, writing Win7 to stick in one click once you load the ISO with Win7 in dropdown menu: Universal USB Installer

+1 for the Universal USB Installer. Tried using the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool. It claimed to work, but when I tried to boot from the USB, that failed. In contrast, the Universal USB Installer worked great.
