Using Windows XP in 7 system.

I am using Windows 7 but I also wanted to install Windows XP. Yesterday I installed Windows XP on a separate drive partition and it was working fine but corrupted windows 7 boot. So I repaired 7 boot problem. Now I am using windows 7 but unable to boot xp because it never shows OS selection menu at system start-up.

I've also checked 'Boot' tab in 'msconfig' but it shows only 'Windows 7' as default OS and there is no other OS option.

How do I enable dual OS boot?

I use easyBCD to do this download from here.

EasyBCD - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com

Then run it and goto Add New Entry. Selet type of os, Name it, Select drive, then click Add entry.

    Hello Muhammadali,

Using step 8 on from OPTION TWO in the tutorial below can help show you more on how to do this with EasyBCD. :)

Dual Boot Installation with Windows 7 and XP

    Hope this helps,
