BSOD when I try to install windows 7 ultimate 64b

I've build a computer and want to install windows 7 x64 on it.
But when I start the setup I allways get a bsod: Most of the time with this error: 0x00000124
I also had these: 0x0000007F, 0x0000009C, 0X0000007E, 0x0000000A

These are my specifications:
Mobo: MSI P45 Diamond
CPU: Intel core 2 Quad Q9650 3GHz
RAM: Kingston HyperX (KHX1600C9D3K3/6GX), I've put in 2 X 2GB in slot 1 and 3 atm.
HD: 1 Maxtor I, 1 Maxtor II (tried seperatly, no success)
Graphics: Powercolor radeon HD 6850 PCS+
PSU: OCZ ModXstream Pro, 600W

The files are loaded from the DVD, then I see the windows logo. After that I usually get a BSOD. Right before I have to do the settings and create partitions.
Very rarely I can get past it and start the installation, but then a blue screen comes up anyway.

When I try in Safe mode, it loads drivers until driver.sys. Then it just stops.

Right now, I've put only one memory stick in (2GB) and I tested it with memtest86+, there were no errors.
I also checked the hard drive for errors.

I was able to succesfully install windows 2000 professional.
I also tried to install Windows XP, but that didn't work either.

Could it be my graphics card?
If so, what can I do about it. I don't have onboard graphics.

Right now, I'm out of ideas. Anyone who knows what the solution could be?

Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

I've tried almost everything that is in that list.

Now I'm trying to load drivers before the installation with a autounattend.xml file on a usb stick.
But I don't think the drivers get loaded.

I'm probably trying to load drivers that I don't really need, I just do this to be sure the right drivers are loaded. Or is that a bad idea, which drivers should I load then?

Reinstall the ram .or check you Power setting .>start>control panel>power plan. Set to maximum plan .check prossesor is the in passive set to active

Move HD to another machine to install with all other HD's unplugged. Then SysPrep the installation before moving it back to problem machine: SysPrep to move HD to another computer

You can also apply the image of another Win7 installation of the same version to your HD, boot Paragon Adaptive Restore CD to run it on installation before trying to start up. Sometimes however it will start without SysPrep or PAR.
