Win XP doesn´t boot installation, error 0x0000007B

Hello. I´ve a new pc in work with windows 7. However, i need Win XP to run my VisualBasic6, so i´m dual-booting. I heard that virtual machine looses performance comparatively to a root installation. I´v tried every cd that i have, and when i boot from the xp cd to format, to instal first or after the win 7; the same problem occurs. It boots from the CD, and when reading cd files it goes blue screen:
    (my hardrive its a SATA)

    BLUESCREEN
    A problem has ben detected....
    ...
Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installated hard drives or hard controlers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Rub CHDSK /F to check hard drive curruption...
    Technical information:
    *** STOP: 0x0000007B(0XF78D2524,0XC0000034,0X00000000,0X00000000)

Did anybody had the same problem? Or know how to fix it?
    Thanks

Hello. I´ve a new pc in work with windows 7.
As you are using a Company PC have a word with the Company IT Administrator.

The Company IT Administrator will need to First check for all the Win XP drivers for your hardware on the manufacturer's web site.
If your Win XP CD, does not support your Sata Controller, you will need to load drivers to uses at F6.
Load Sata Controller drivers with a floppy disk is the best way.
SATA Drivers - Load in Windows XP Setup on Dual Boot
    OR
SATA Drivers - Slipstream into Windows XP CD
