Where did you get Win7? Did you burn the DVD yourself? If so burn another at 4x speed with ImgBurn, or write to flash stick using Universal USB Installer. Unplug the DVD drive when trying flash stick install.

If these methods fail then it is likely the ISO, because this error is almost always the installer.

Are you receiving the same error using either DVD? Check that both are clean and unscratched.

Next try the flash stick install to see if the same error occurs. If so unplug the DVD drive to try it again.

My BIOS on this laptop is ten years old and it can boot a flash stick. Have you tried it?

Reset the BIOS to defaults. Check that SATA controller if you have it is set to AHCI first to try install.

Next wipe the HD to try install: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

It's very unlikely Win7 doesn't have the storage controller but if it's an old IDE one then you can try loading it at Load Drivers link on screen you captured there.

Unplug the floppy disk drive as it can interfere.

Often times the option to boot from USB stick will not appear until you plug in the bootable stick. Then use the one-time BIOS Boot Menu hotkey at boot to boot the stick under USB, Removable or HD's - with HD set first to boot in BIOS setup.
