Where did you get Win7? Did you burn the DVD yourself? This type of error is normally a bad installer.

Is there a Recovery Partition on the HD that you can boot from a hotkey given on the first BIOS screen?

If not, are you booting the DVD to try install? Try that and report back including the verbatim error message.

I would Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.
Hard Drive Diagnostics Tools and Utilities (Storage) - TACKtech Corp.

       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.
    startup repair disc-create

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

Use another computer to write the confirmed ISO to flash stick to use for booted reinstall and repairs, using Universal USB Installer with Win7 in dropdown menu. Boot under USB, Removable or HD's using one-time BIOS Boot Menu key, with HD set first to boot in BIOS setup.

If you'll tell us your licensed version from COA sticker, we can provide the latest official installer iSO with SP1.

The copy of Win7 which came with your netbook is good for the life of the netbook, to be reinstalled as often as you wish using Factory Recovery or clean install with a Win7 installation DVD.

It should have a COA sticker with Product Key for clean reinstall, if it is a legal copy of Win7.
The COA sticker looks like this:
    Zoostorm FreedomXL 10.2" NetBook won't re-install windows 7-1270558000_86224332_1-pictures-buying-windows-7-prof-coa-sticker-only-100pcs-up-needed.jpg

Let us know if you need the latest official installer to clean reinstall with the Product Key on COA sticker.
