What about installing to virtual machine - do you need Windows 32-bit for testing ?
What about installing to virtual machine - do you need Windows 32-bit for testing ?
I need windows 32, as I have 2 piece of hardwares, that only can run on 32bit due to the signed driver issue.
And the virtual machine is not at all an option, as I need the computer to be used with my SDR radio. I'm a hamradio amateur.
I only have 2 pieces of 4G each at the moment.
Will that do too ?
I'll do that, but ATM, I'm installing again per the link you gave me with Diskpart.
BTW, what should I take in action when I install on the UEFI mobo with it's uefi ?. I have read the info here, but I'm not seeing a clear meaning on how to.
OK, just use the CLEAN command (no need to use CLEAN ALL)
What is the hardware?I need windows 32, as I have 2 piece of hardwares, that only can run on 32bit due to the signed driver issue.
The reason I asked about the uEFI BIOS is I wanted to know if you have OC'd it. If you haven't made any changes, then you should be good. It wouldn't hurt to peek at the bios to make sure everything is being recognized correctly.
During the DISKPART, I used the CLEAN ALL. Took a while, but to be sure now where I have encountered issues :)
The hardware is ASRock 970Extreme3 MOBO, with 8GB of RAM. The HDD is a 1TB Seagate SATA.
Need more info on hardware ?.
