Cannot complete installation set up on windows 7 professional

Trying to complete installation set up on my laptop for windows 7 professional. Accidentally turned off and wont complete installation even after restarting. The same message keeps coming back again and again.

I do have the CD but I am unable to go past that message to attempt to reinstall.

Any help please? I am desperate.

Are you using the Toshiba Recovery Disks?

       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

Try Cleaning the HD Drive, using the CLEAN command (no need to use CLEAN ALL) in Step One in this tutorial:
SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation
    Than clean install
    Clean Install Windows 7

I think I need to explain a bit further after reading your links. I actually bought this refurbished toshiba portege m700 and I needed to set-up and activate the pre-installed windows 7 professional using the product key I was provided with together with the MS CD. The system was accidentally shut down during the process and as such could not complete the installation.

The error message keeps coming up and I am unable to complete it. I ahve contacted the US seller and has offered some tips but they are not working and due to the time difference I am not getting any prompt responses hence joining this forum for help.

You have two ways of reinstalling.
Try Cleaning the HD Drive, using the CLEAN command (no need to use CLEAN ALL) in Step One in this tutorial:
SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

    Way one:
    Than clean install
    Clean Install Windows 7
Clean Install : Factory COA Activation Key

    Way two:
Than clean install with the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks.
