Put the Windows 7 CD back into the PC and run a startup repair. See:

    Repair Install

    Hi Neelesh -

Boot the Win7 DVD and begin install again.

Follow these steps and report back exactly what happens at each step, and at which step it fails: Clean Install Windows 7

I had this problem with my hpcq56. I did a repair with the cd but it did not work. I wiped the hard drive but did not work. I did diagnostic test and it said that the memory test failed. I changed the memory rams fron a 2gig to 4 gig and it worked perfectly. Most times when it gives you that bootmgr message its caused by a hardware failure.
