Did you remove all of the HD's except the one you want to install upon? I see four in the screenshot above.

How did you burn the ISO to DVD? Do you have a flash stick you can write with ISO using Universal USB Installer?

You would download the file Greg linked you to (pwhe7.iso) and burn it to a disk with an ordinary burning application.

Did you unplug all of the HD's except for the one you are trying to install upon?

If you want to go back to the PW step suggested earlier then you need to burn the PW ISO file which you download from the link to CD in Windows. Use Windows Image Burner if Win7 or Vista, or ImgBurn.

This problem is almost always with the installer. Have you burned the ISO to DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed?

If so and it fails again, write the ISO to flash stick using Universal USB Installer with Win7 in dropdown menu. Boot stick using one-time BIOS Boot Menu key, under USB, Removable or HD's.

You do not need to activate PW. Burn the free bootable ISO download to CD and boot it, wipe the HD then create a Primary NTFS partition and mark it Active.
