Order tutorial of installing drivers

I have a problem that i've encountered many times. (sometimes i had to install the win 7 twice because i've screwd up with order of installing drivers.
So. Can someone tell exactly in what order should all be installed

For now i do this
1. SSD secure erase (i have a ssd)
2. Then i start win 7 setup and manualy make a partition (to get rid of 100MB auto partition)
3. After the windows finishes and start. I install chipset drivers. Intel INF.
4. Video drivers
5. Audio, network,
6. Intel Rapid Storage and Management engine
Then Windows Updates and Then antivirus Microsoft Security.

What is the ideal order of installing all of these ? It's usefull to first unistall the windows drivers for all the "Custom / Manufacturer" drivers install (Like uninstalling the windows driver for my soundcard or network before installing realtek latest drivers) ?

Hello, I don't know if there is any order of installing them... In Windows 7 I usually install:
1. VGA
2. Audio
3. LAN/WiFi
and some other controllers, if they are missing.

Also, was searching and found this:

Take a look at it.

This is more a question from the XP era.

That's because Win7 is mostly driver-complete in the installer and then quickly updated via optional Windows Updates.

After several rounds of Updates, any drivers still missing in Device Manager can be imported from the Support Downloads webpage for your model computer or device.

I would not change out any drivers given by installer unless performance dictates doing so. If Win7 doesn't provide a driver, there may be a reason. These drivers are for Win7, and Win7 is the authority on its drivers.

Modern chipsets include a lot of unneeded software which can bog Win7. I would only browse into extracted chipset files from Device manager to get needed drivers, or Custom install only the drivers if deemed necessary for better performance than the chipset given by installer/Updates.

To search manually for Unknown Devices, use Hardware Identification.

Recently I've been using the popular driver finder program DriverMax to find one or two missing drivers as it saves a lot of time, allows 3 free driver installs per day, and is unusually accurate.

It's not about searching. It's about what drivers are installed. Do you keep your pc only with windows drivers ? And if yes ... how it's working ? I had only problems when i had windows drivers.
