Windows 7: Missing print option in right click menu Windows 7

Missing print option in right click menu Windows 7

After some recent software installs and removals, I find myself without a print option when I right-click on files. I still have a default printer and opening the file I can print it.

I found a tutorial about this problem when there are "too many" files selected, but I am selecting only one. Still, I tried the 15-file fix and that did not grant me print option in the menu.

How do I restore the print option in the file rigt-click menu?

You can add a command to the menu bar, such as showing your printer under the address bar ... see this tutorial

You can install Autoruns, on Everything tab scroll down to look for your Printer under ShellEx/ContextMenuHandlers and check the box so it is added back to right click Context Menu.

If it isn't listed to select, then enter Control Panel>Programs and Features, click on Printer software to see if it offers a Repair feature, choose it to see if you can repair install the software which may prompt for disk or software package downloaded from Printer maker.

If not then I'd uninstall the Printer software and reinstall the latest version downloaded from the Printer maker's Support Downloads webpage for your model. I'd choose Custom Install so you can limit as much as possible the bloatware, e.g. pictures programs, ink shopping options, etc. if you don't want them. Ask back if you want to be sure you're not deselecting something needed.

The command bar customization was the working solution. Thank you both for me and for the next person.

YouTube removed the Stop Video option from the right click menu
I can't believe they did that! It was a useful feature for people to conserve bandwidth, especially now that many ISPs impose onerous monthly usage caps on their customers. Is Google in collusion with ISPs to try to make us go over our bandwidth allotment so they can charge us overage?

"Explore" option missing in Right-Click Context Menu
Hi all, Is there a way to add the WinXP style "explore" option in the right click -folder- context menu? So the left window pane opens up the folder tree structure rather than using the right pane's folder view. Thanks in advance.
