Nope, you cant. The hardware isnt designed for it.
The path the data takes is not capable of carrying 64 bits, Doesn't matter how much ram you have (in fact 32 bit can only manage ~3.25 while 64 bit can manage up to 192 GB) Read here
32-bit and 64-bit Windows: frequently asked questions
All 64-bit hardware requires 64-bit drivers, which you cannot install on a 32-bit system.

However, you can install 32-bit software on a 64-bit operating system.
32-bit software will default to Program Files (x86) whilst 64-bit software will default to Program files.
If you want the full benefit of 4GB of RAM you need to install a 64-bit operating system.
A computer with a 64-bit processor can run either a 32-bit or a 64-bit version of Windows.

If you want to run older programs and 16-bit software on a 64-bit system you can use emulation software such as Virtual PC and XP Mode providing you have the Professional version of Windows and upwards.

I'm not sure what your asking there? If you are talking about switching from 32 bit to 64 bit or vice versa you have to do a clean install. If you are talking about installing the 64 bit version of Windows on hardware that only supports 32 bit then no. Just to clarify that, if the processor is only a 32 bit processor 64 windows will not install. Now if you are just going by the minimum system requirements then maybe it will work. If you have a 64 bit processor but a low amount of RAM and or a small hard drive the installer might refuse to install. You won't know until you try. Even if it works it might be so slow you will wish you hadn't tried it. My old Acer Aspire 5920 only has 3 gigs of RAM and a 1.83GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor. I'm running 64 bit on it. Its slow compared to my desktop but not painfully so.
You're confusing the OS you have installed with what your processor can run. Most all modern processors are 64 bit which can run either 32- or 64-bit.
What is the make/model of your computer? You can google the specs to see or we will do it for you.
