Windows Seven Build 7022

Build 7000 took 18min 43seconds for a clean install and Build 7022 took 19min 57seconds.

Vista x64 ultimate ( server) + Win 7 7022 VMWare

I had this problem at one of my friends...
The XP Installed in like 2-3 hours, because of the CD-Writer . That was too old .

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Build 7600

Mine took about 45 minutes, clean install, on the 7000 build.
From build to build, around 6 at the moment, I only update, with O2K7, Adobe, NFS Undercover, and many other LOB applications it takes about 1:45, maybe less. :)

Windows 7 7600

Clean install of Win7 7048 64bit on ThinkPad T400 took a couple of hours. (from DVD)

Vista Enterprise x64 SP1

Clean install of 7048 on a travelmate 6465 (boot to desktop) took 16 minutes

Core 2 duo T7200 / 160GB HD / 2GB DDR2 (installed from a 32GB OCZ USB stick)
