How to eliminate the 100MB windows reserved space

How do I eliminate the 100mb partition when doing a clean install? I will be doing this soon and would like to eliminate this.

Best is to kill the System Reserved Partition at the installation stage. This can be done if you install Windows 7 on a fully partitioned hard disk with no unallocated space and any other disk(s) preferably unplugged.

But if already there, you can delete it too. The tutorial on how to do so, is at System Reserved Partition - Delete

You can prepartition the Disk to avoid SysReserved partition using Step 2.2 here: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation.

It's hardly worth the trouble though since the partition is harmless and takes almost no space.

You might want to keep that partition because it contains system repair tools if windows fails to boot or you need to repair start up.

On win7 it doesn't contain system repair tools.
