Missing print option in right click menu Windows 7

After some recent software installs and removals, I find myself without a print option when I right-click on files. I still have a default printer and opening the file I can print it.

I found a tutorial about this problem when there are "too many" files selected, but I am selecting only one. Still, I tried the 15-file fix and that did not grant me print option in the menu.

How do I restore the print option in the file rigt-click menu?

You can add a command to the menu bar, such as showing your printer under the address bar ... see this tutorial https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...customize.html

You can install Autoruns, on Everything tab scroll down to look for your Printer under ShellEx/ContextMenuHandlers and check the box so it is added back to right click Context Menu.

If it isn't listed to select, then enter Control Panel>Programs and Features, click on Printer software to see if it offers a Repair feature, choose it to see if you can repair install the software which may prompt for disk or software package downloaded from Printer maker.

If not then I'd uninstall the Printer software and reinstall the latest version downloaded from the Printer maker's Support Downloads webpage for your model. I'd choose Custom Install so you can limit as much as possible the bloatware, e.g. pictures programs, ink shopping options, etc. if you don't want them. Ask back if you want to be sure you're not deselecting something needed.

The command bar customization was the working solution. Thank you both for me and for the next person.
