    Why are you using Ultimate? It costs a lot more for features the vast majority of users don't need. You already own a copy of Home Premium on the machine so it's $100+ value is wasted if you dont' use it.

    We gave you the steps to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which include a link to the latest installer and tool to write it to USB flash stick or DVD.
