The Storage Controller (HD) drivers are all in the Win7 DVD. What makes you think you need a driver? Is there an error saying so? This almost always means a bad installer. Where did you get Win7? Check the DVD condition.

You don't need to buy a new copy of Win7 as you own for life the one which came with machine or which you previously installed. So I would use the Product Key on the COA sticker on machine if OS was preinstalled.

What makes you think you need a driver? You didn't answer.
