Anyway to have 32bit and 64bit on the same usb for install?

I know how to install windows from usb, and know how to tweak it so I can install home/prof/ultimate from the same iso, but is there a way I can have both 32 and 64 bit copies on the same disk, without having to move files around before I boot from the usb?

    Thanks

Yes, see here: creating a 2 OS thumb drive

I know this works because I have also done it. I have a 4GB flash drive with all versions of Windows 7, 32 and 64 bit installable from there.

Thanks, but I'm a bit stuck at step 2..

It says to extract the x86 iso to the flash drive. Done.
Then it says to extract the x64 install.wim to the sale drive.. Quite a predicament, considering the goal is to have this on a 4gb usb?

Can I, for example, do the whole bit without anything on the flash drive, and just copy the finalized stuff (under 4gb) to it?

Yes, that is what Greg's instructions say to do.

    1. Copy the contents of the x86 dvd/iso onto a partition
    2. Copy ONLY the install.wim from the x64 installation media onto the same partition
