Got it, and managed to fix my computer.

The "Windows Boot manager" option was still there, so now i know nothing is in the EFI/whatever it is called (not 100% sure it is a pure EFI)

The partitions are all gone now, and i am now rebooting to look again (and to disable hot-swap on my internal drives)

    What is still there?

Are you able to boot normally into Win7 with no intermediary Boot Menus or screens?

Are you able to partition the GPT disk in Disk Mgmt as you wish?

Can you see your data on data disk from Win7?

Thanks. In reality that little thing in the bootloader doesn't bother me, as I'll only see it when I'm in the motherboard's interface.
